Support Work Services
Our support workers provide more than assistance - they offer companionship, encouragement, and practical help tailored to you. Whether you want help with daily routines, connecting with your community, or emotional support, we’re here to support your goals with respect, dignity, and consistency.
-

Social support
We provide friendly trauma informed companionship and help with everyday activities that make life more enjoyable. This might include having a coffee together, attending appointments, or simply being there for conversation and encouragement.
-

Assistance with self-care and daily living
We assist with daily living tasks like showering, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders, always with dignity and respect. Your privacy and independence are our priority.
-

Community access
Staying connected is important. Our workers support you to get out and about, whether that’s shopping, joining community groups, attending classes, or participating in local events at your pace and comfort level.
-

Group activities and outings
From craft sessions to outdoor activities, we facilitate small group programs that encourage connection, confidence, and fun. These are a great way to build friendships while exploring new skills and interests.
Mental Health is our speciality
We specialise in supporting participants with psychosocial disabilities, multiple diagnoses and complex mental health needs. Our team includes qualified mental health professionals and support workers trained in trauma informed care, de-escalation, and recovery based approaches. Whether it’s managing daily routines, building resilience, or simply having someone to talk to - we’re here.
