    Social support

    We provide friendly trauma-informed companionship and help with everyday activities that make life more enjoyable. This might include having a coffee together, attending appointments, or simply being there for conversation and encouragement.

    Community access

    Staying connected is important. Our workers support you to get out and about — whether that’s shopping, joining community groups, attending classes, or participating in local events — at your pace and comfort level.

    Assistance with self-care and daily living

    We assist with daily living tasks like showering, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders, always with dignity and respect. Your privacy and independence are our priority.

    Group activities and outings

Mental Health is our speciality

We specialise in supporting participants with psychosocial disabilities, multiple diagnoses and complex mental health needs. Our team includes qualified mental health professionals and support workers trained in trauma-informed care, de-escalation, and recovery-based approaches. Whether it’s managing daily routines, building resilience, or simply having someone to talk to - we’re here.
